Syn and Kal (Patreon)

Hey guys I'm pleased to present a collaboration commission starring Mystery Street's Synthiria and Kaldonis's Kal. As the signature implies, this was completed back in 2018. But for various reasons wasn't quite ready to post until now. Anyhow this one is fully canonical in the TRW universe and I hope you like it! 

There were a few other bars in Castlewood, but Dangler's was Kal's favorite. Most Friday evenings he and his crew ended up there. He enjoyed the usual amenities like shooting pool and relaxing with a few drinks, but it was Synthiria that really kept him coming back. 

Synthiria had taken over the bar from her uncle recently, and in practically no time at all she'd turned it from a struggling dive into a thriving hot spot. She was flirty with all the regulars, but she and Kal seemed to hit it off especially well. So much so that when she asked him for some help unloading a truck after hours one night, he readily agreed. 

They found they were different around each other when they were alone, with no crowded bar full of boozy patrons calling for Synthiria's attention. Their usual flirtations, the ones usually swallowed up by the crowd, now hung in the air and created tension. The tension soon broke, and they ended up in the back of Kal's truck for most of the night. Neither of them were looking for a romantic relationship at the time, but they've remained friends ever since. Though they still do "unload trucks" together on occasion.
