Next week's theme is "characters from mega-popular Shonen Jump anime series that I have never really gotten into." Just rolls off the tongue doesn't it? Either way it's Nami from One Piece vs. Sakura from Naruto! :D

Sorry, Nami is just the winner hands down. Oda just makes his female characters just way too sexy. Sakura would be it if she was written better, but Nami despite being really sexy actually has more character from what I've heard. Also this is coming from someone who has read Naruto for 15 years, Sakura is just disappointing.

I have no idea who these people are, lol- I almost never watch anime these days, especially not Shonen (my least fave genre)... though Hajime no Ippo is pretty freaking awesome- it's like shonen tropes, but with a real-life sport (boxing). Voted for the one with the bigger jugs :).

Man, I know SO many Naruto fans who just hate that character. I've heard she's considered a bit of a bland stereotype of the "sad girl" or something. I forget the exact term used.
