Pick Up Courtney Part Two (Patreon)
Content
Courtney sits across from Guy at the restaurant in the early evening. She seems relaxed and open to conversation, and Guy quietly commends himself for opting to meet her for dinner instead of at his apartment like Cole suggested. He felt she would have been more comfortable this way and it looks as though he was right.
Guy isn't the only one in the room staring at Courtney by a long shot. He keeps expecting one of the waiters to trip and fall on their damn faces if they don't start looking where their going. Guy's peripheral vision displays several tables full of men not paying attention to their dates. Many a relationship will be tested tonight it seems.
He can hardly blame the poor dopes for leering. He was just as slack-jawed when he first saw her that very morning. Even now, as the weight of her massive breasts tilt the table towards her, he's finding it tremendously difficult to maintain eye contact.
As for Courtney herself, she doesn't seem to notice the excess attention. Or, more likely, she's simply ignoring it. Guy imagines that's a skill she would have had to hone quite well looking the way she does. He decides to start things off by asking what she likes to do when she's not waiting tables at tacky fast food joints.
She asks him a question in return: "Do you like animals?"
Guy actually can't stand dogs. Noise-making empty-headed shit machines in his opinion. But this isn't his first rodeo. If you tell a woman you hate dogs, you might as well just throw away the condoms then and there. You won't be needing any for awhile.
He tells her he loves animals, and her smile lights up the room. He asks her if she has any pets. And she's thrilled to tell him she has two dogs and a cat.
Guy starts to take a sip of wine, and she goes on to list a hamster, a gerbil, and a gecko.
By the time he puts the glass down she's listed two fish, a bird, a turtle, and what sounds like at least one of every animal legally allowed to be kept as a pet. And maybe a few that aren't. He listens to her as she then tells him each of her pet's names and the little individual quirks she loves the most about them. Guy can tell she's really enjoying herself, and lets her go on well into the evening.
Eventually the check comes, and when Guy reaches for it Courtney places her hand on his. She looks a little shy but she asks him if he'd like to spend a little more time with her tonight. Guy finds he's never wanted to get out of a building so quickly in his life.
