We had to check out all the pitch meetings for Twilight. They didn't disappoint!

Also, let us know if we should do more pitch meetings or honest trailers reactions.

I agree this was really funny and on point with the movies. But it's one of those cases where you think "Tell me you haven't read the books without telling you haven't read the books" kinda thing. XD Still hilarious though, I'd never seen this guy's content before and will most likely go ahead and watch his other stuff. You guys should definitely react to more of these with series and movies you've already reacted to!

This is hilarious. I’d love you guys to react to more stuff like this. It’s also really handy when there’s no need to settle down with two screens and sync. Perfect way to get a quick Badd Medicine fix! I think it would be great if you guys could go back and react to more Harry Potter stuff. There’s just so much out there to see, and if Oak is still reading them, it would be interesting to hear from him about what he’s up to. Stay awesome you guys ❤️

Well this was definitely a pleasant surprise. If you want more Twilight content, I've recommended it on the videos before but even just in your own downtime, I highly, highly recommend watching the Cinema Therapy videos on the Twilight movies. They're all pretty long (about half an hour each) but they do such a good, entertaining takedown of just how horribly toxic these relationships are. So worth a watch. Also: now that you've started down the Pitch Meeting rabbit hole, you gotta do the Harry Potter ones too.

I would love to see y'all react to more of these like Potter and Hunger Games. I know it's not decided what movies will win for date night but which ever movies win should have good videos for them. If not pitch meetings, maybe an honest trailer video. Probably have videos like this for even some of the series y'all watch.

Also: I'm rewatching their video on the first Twilight now, and they mention The Room. My god, do I want to see you guys react to The Room. A year or two ago, Blind Wave reacted to The Room and it remains the funniest video I've ever seen them do.

So the thing with the DVD commentary is, it's not really a bonus thing that is a few minutes long that you watch, it's a version of the first movie that has the director, Kristen Stewart and Ron Pattinson's commentary OVER the movie. So it's like them watching the movie and a voiceover of them talking about it. So you'd literally have to watch the whole first movie again. And while I personally would LOVE to see that (LOL) I don't think Answer could handle it hahaha Anywho, this was hilarious and I'd definitely watch more reactions to pitch meetings.

This was a blast! But for the sake of debate, when Oak said fans of the books try to counter criticism of the movies by claiming there’s more details in the novels, I don’t think that’s a valid argument. The tricky thing about adapting popular novels into movies is that it’s not just for the fans; movies have to also be made for people who haven’t read the books. Plus if your audience leaves the theater with a homework assignment, e.g. read all of the books to better understand the film, then maybe the film isn’t that well done. And Bella still has zero personality in the books. Her character is basically, “Oh, I’m so clumsy and awkward, OHMYGOD, MY CRUSH IS LOOKING AT ME!” I’m sorry, but that was me when I was a teenager. That’s basically eveyone as a teenager. 😆 Tripping and blushing afterwards does not an interesting character make. It was lots of fun to watch the pitch meetings with you guys, though. 👍🏻

In all honesty - I enjoyed a few videos of that channel back when I first encountered it.. But this specific one on Twilight - was the one when I stopped and left it behind, because I realized just how toxic watching these may be without actively questioning every word said in it, with how much it leaves things out of context for joke purposes. As a long fan of the series - I know the story well enough to counter pretty much all of this video. For example, the comment about Alice and Jasper abilities affecting Bella - so many people would just blindly believe that this is a plothole just from how it is presented in the video (and many then would join the crowd of people bullying the fans). But stop for a single moment and think about it - why would a shield, that protected Bella's thoughts of all things, suddenly protect her from everything out there? All she can protect are the minds of others in the end. Which in turn means, that the attack she protected from, was targeting not the bodies, but the minds. It's really this simple. And same goes for many many points in such a video. I simply had one story too many of the ones I care for, being a target of bullies (which in turn affected me as well) for exactly the types of accumulated misunderstandings this Pitch is full of. So I can't enjoy the reaction, being constantly worried for all the complications it may lead to, but glad to see you had fun with it :)
