Best one yet!!! That ending... wowzers. How is she going to survive that? The battles were great. And the dam opened up... what!?! Another good build as we have 2 episodes left.

We need some help understanding a few things... we ask in the review. Let us know what you think.

I don’t trust Halbrand. I don’t think he is who he says he is, but I don’t have a crystal clear theory yet… First instinct is that he actually is Sauron. I think Adar tried to overthrow him and that’s why he wants revenge… not because he killed his family or some other sad story.

I think from the story they've built he would fit as the king of the army of the dead or maybe one of the nazgul, but I'll be pissed if he's souron thats just stupid

I don’t think it is Mount Doom. Mount Doom is in Mordor which is in the east. They are in the south lands, which is where Aragorn will spend many years as a Dunedain ranger. My impression of why Adar wanted to set off the volcano was to darken the sky to give his children a home. The skies in Mordor were black, so maybe it’s the same kind of thing. I liked the episode, especially when the cavalry arrived to save the day. I still wanna know who those three people in white were last episode who investigated the crash site where the stranger landed by meteor. That one dude had very angry eyes.

Orcs, Golbins, Uruk-hai and most of Sauron's forces don't tolerate light, especially sunlight very well, and at least some types of trolls turn to stone when sunlight falls upon them. One of the best known characteristics of the Uruk-hai are their ability to better withstand sunlight than regular Orcs or Goblins. (https://scifi.stackexchange.com/a/32194 the link includes a great but lengthy passage from Tolkien about Orcs vs Uruk-hai and the sun)
