Cait's villain arc begins! If only she had somebody at her side to bring her to reason... I think the most disarming part to Vi was Jinx's resignation and acceptance. It took her aback and completely defused all anger immediately. It allowed her to come to reasonable senses so that when the little girl jumped in she was able to act reasonably while Cait was still running on rage and vengeance. It's just so beautifully written that all of the character actions make sense for all of them. Minor Lore Info for the whole Badd Medicine crew: The Black Rose is a sort of CIA+NSA spy organization for Noxus (the nation across the sea where Ambessa comes from), but they're witches so they're extra skillful w covert activities. Amara is probably actually dead, but The Black Rose is an Organization. I can go into more detail after Act 2 or Act 3 if they drop more details first but I don't want to spoil or name drop too early.

Mostly everyone missing the fact Caitlin is using a dangerous toxic gas, her mom was holding at bay, as a bio weapon to move about undercity. 😬 serious moral dilemmas incoming. Side note great reaction boys. From what I know about league lore you are not ready. For what I don’t know about arcane. None of us are ready. Also, pretty sure the graffiti was her goodbye message because she fully intended to be killed. She knew Caitlin was going to come for her and hopefully kill her.

I’d say faction of noxus. Since they aren’t controlled by the central government and work to obtain their own objectives. But hey that was probably a spoiler you should let them figure out through actual story 😉

Jinx was using the toxic gas (the grey)so she did some type of chemical warfare and I believe jinx really wanted to die.

I was worried how they're gonna write Vi's complete turn to go against Jinx because I've seen a lot of sibling rivalries in fiction and a lot of it doesn't work as well as Arcane. The way they wrote Vi amd Jinx's rivalry is great, both sides is understandable, looks like it won't drag on too much as Vi actually let Caitlyn took the shot, I was so sure Vi would block the bullet I'm the last second. It's nice to have the moral dilemma not directed at Jinx but to the collateral Caitlyn almost had.

Rewatched S2 Act 1, second rewatch with you gents - one thing I noticed is that when the air was released into Piltover near the end of 2x3 there was a boy near one of the air escaping. After, right before Ambessa named Caitlyn as general she touched the face of the same boy who was now wearing a breathing mask, confirming that the air released was the Grey.

2 more things I noticed: 1) after hesitating to kill Jinx, there’s a quick scene where you can see Vi about to punch Jinx likely killing her, right before the kid jumps in front of her. 2) Also, in 2x1 there are obvious hints of Ambessa’s involvement in the memorial attack if you know what to watch out for 🧐🤘😆

i think my only complaint is that i wish for the fight scenes there was less music. i really like hearing all the sound affects and random noises in the sound design. but i always prefer in everything anyway so idk if anyone else feels like that.

I personally love the music. I think it fits perfect and gives those moments extra juice and intensity for me. The way they time it and put it with everything is incredible. It's like watching a music video but in an episode and I can't get enough of it. I can understand your view though too

This show is phenominal. You think you know everything? You don't know nothin. This episode with all the twists and turns. The whole Hexcore thing being all connected and going crazy was wild, the Black Rose, Ambessa with the setup, and so much craziness. Man I love this show so much and there's nothing like it

“She doesn’t miss” but what if she did? The risk is always, always there when you use guns. The fact Cait was chill with shooting near a child without trying to remove said child shows how far shes gone in her head. ( Vi coulda also removed Isha but Vi’s got her own problems that requires another thinkpiece) Cait’s using her grief to excuse to herself that she’s right(“I ain’t afraid to lose a life or ten”) and that getting Jinx is what will fix her grief, fill the hole that her mom left. Very intrigued to see what they do with her character as she moves forward.

LOL is a MOBA ( Massive Online Battle ARENA) It's a top down 3d view Capture the Flag Game mode, The map is separated in 3 LANES Top MID and BUTTOM . The whole point is for each Team to destroy each other NEXUS or Base. But each lane had 3 towers that shoot you and you need MINIONS or Soldiers to push with you. These spawn normally in waves and both team try and KILL and defend each wave of minions to take the TOWERS hits. After the Towers their is an ENHIBITOR. If Destroyed they BUFF your minions giving them more strength and HEALTH/ ARMOR. After destroying the ENHIBITOR you get to the NEXUS first team to DESTROY the ENEMY teams NEXUS WINS. But this game is an ESPORT . AS in like any Sport both teams start with NO advantage or dis advantage . Normal MOBA Meta or TEAM comp is TOP is a WARRIOR, MID is a MAGE and BUTTOM is an ADC or LONG RANGE character with a Tank. The point of the game is too see who can WIN with team work or if an INDIVIDUAL is able to SOLO carry 1v5 2v5 3v5 etc. There are tournaments for this that have spammed billions invested in it . With tournament wining teams and individuals making a living earning millions.

Rewatch Caitlyns shooting montage from season one. She could do that when she was a kid. There is no way she would miss the shot at Jinx.
