v0.4.6 Alpha Release (Patreon)

Hey everyone,
I wanted to release the v0.4.6 Alpha yesterday, but I just needed another day, so here it is today.

As the described in the recent progress-report, this update's main features are audio-visual upgrades, new Erica events with the new full body latex suit, and the beginning of the Himari Ally content. You may already see that we have a new BMO TV logo as well. Also, you will notice a big bump in disk space requirement. I assume that this is mainly because of the new video and audio files.

As always, please be aware that Alpha does mean Alpha. It will contain bugs, and is not tested well. I have still programmed on this until 20 minutes ago.
