Thanks for this video Mark, very insightful. I use your videos very often while working, they always help me stay "focused" on what's the point of a feature, etc. and I know I'm not the only one that does that. So keep going, you're helping us a lot.

Finally got to watch this one, and very interesting to see the differences and similarities with my job. I'm a tabletop game designer, and similarly, I've been majorly working with consulting (as well as editing rulebooks, it all comes in the pack) since the pandemic.
