This audio is a different approach from the last Myostatin inhibition one, and focus more on blocking it right away in the muscle cells than the protein overall itself, so only skeletal muscles are targeted.

What the audio will do is: "Install" the audio's energy in your muscles cells and block the myostatin production and actions on the muscles for 12 to 24 hours. This will prevent any myostatin protein present on the muscle cells already and as well the production of it, for the next 12-24 hours, depending on each individual but the programmed is to block for 24 hours. It will help you increase your muscle mass and strength in short periods of time compared to general muscle development.

You may use it 1-2 times to activate the effect, and can be listened in whatever moment, before or after a workout. Though it's better and most recommended after a workout or at least few minutes before.
