Look, the first half of this Ramblecast is mostly us trying to make sense of the weekend's events and the state of everything right now, but then would you like to hear about the world's tiniest functional GameCube? Or Vinny destroying hard drives? Or a bit of waxing nostalgic about the Nintendo DS? All that's in here too!

I get that it might not be practical for you guys given your profession, but I quit social media in November 2016 when I realized that it's probably destroying society. I've felt great ever since. It's much easier to have a glass-half-full outlook on life given that my main social exposure of the past 8 years has just been my wife, my kids, and the people that I care enough about to hang out with in person or chat with on the phone.

I'm not sure this helps, but I think I speak for many of us when I say that listening to you guys is our escape from the current state of affairs. So, thank you for continuing to do things when it's hard and the world seems dire. I'm sure it is challenging to get on a microphone and talk about games and other nerd stuff when it seems the world is falling apart around us, but I appreciate that you continue to do so.
