When Terajima sensei tells him "There's something wrong with your head," he doesn't realize that she's talking about his hair. :D

This one was kinda hard to get through ngl probably would’ve turned it off if I wasn’t watching your reaction 😭. Like I’ve seen creeps in anime’s before, but he’s just idk

i still enjoyed the episode but the teacher is such a weird unnecessary element of horimiya that i struggle to understand why the mangaka felt it was something that needed to be included in the story lol

Burezu

Yasuda is pure scum, but at least the scenes involving him are funny, as they constantly dunk on him lol.

Charlie Gollmar

I'm hoping the focus shifts a little more back towards Hori and Miyamura at some point.

Luis Arispe

Love the running gag that when Yasuda take the boys to the teachers room they keep changing the subject until Yasuda's gives up. They do ir when Miya and Sengoku doesn't want to go to the pool and they doing this again.

yeah, same but if u turn ur brain off, it still has the comedic effect in a way. Idk. Everyone, the teachers and students know hes a creep. So theres no way he can actually do anything. So everyones just humouring him 😂

Alana Misako

i wish i could do that with every episode that he's in lol i just can't stand seeing a grown man trying to prey on his students, even if people are making fun of him 😭

Not gonna lie, I have already given up. I only watch them with Alana at this point for the sake of completion and Alana's reaction. The side characters add some breadth to the manga, but when in isolation of the main characters and the main story it is just kinda dry in this anime... Side characters by their very nature do not have the depth to carry a story, they are only supposed to add to it and give some nuance and flavor. That's why they are side characters...

I don't think it's going to happen, unless the anime creates new content that wasn't in the manga. They already blazed through the whole storyline for Hori and Miyamura in season one; the whole pitch for this "Missing Pieces" season was that it was going to be a lot of side stories that got left out of season one because they mostly feature side characters and season one wanted to get through the entire main storyline. I'm actually enjoying this second season; it's very light and slice-of-life-y. It would be cool to put together a revised watch order for both seasons that puts all the episodes in chronological order.

Wildstar

It mostly feels like that because they focused purely on Hori and Miya for the first season, and this season is everything that was supposed to be in between some of those Hori and Miya relationship moments. But, I love the side characters just as much as the main ones so I have absolutely no quarrels with it, this season just focuses on the slice of life aspect more instead of the romance one.
