I don't know if anyone mentioned this but the ED is from Takina's perspective and it's about Chisato. It basically talks about how Chisato saved her from her previous life and how Chisato means a lot to her.

for the phone ringing at the end it was a signal. In ep 8 Takina tells Chisato that if she doesn't answer the phone in 3 rings then she knows Chisato is in trouble. Then she'll call and let it ring 1 time to let Chisato know she is on the way :)

It's been exactly one year (actually July 2) since Lycoris Recoil first aired in Japan, and Chika Anzai (cv: Chisato) and Shion Wakayama (cv: Takina) have put out a YouTube radio show (Lyco-Rico Radio - last aired 100 days ago) to celebrate the anniversary.
