You made a great contrast between Iroha and Sagami. At its base, Sagami has an image she wants to project but no desire to work for it. Iroha has goals, but lacks the confidence in her self. Iroha is also great at reading a room, and using her interpersonal skills to achieve her desired end result. Sagami never bothered to understand others.

There are some after credits scenes this season, right? If i remember correctly episode 5 has one but I'm not sure if there were more.
