"she hears hachiman's voice, she's like 'i'll be there'" i SCREAMED lmao also, re: hayama's crush. i interpret the beginning of the ep as hayama sort of alluding to it when he said "i'm not the good person you think i am" and "i'm praising you for my own sake." he has a crush on yukino, but he knows that she doesn't like him back AND he's figured out that she's into hachiman, so he needs to convince himself that hachiman is this awesome guy who can do all these things that he can't, so that he can accept that yukino is into hachiman instead of him

Hayama knows Iroha doesn't like him like that because she's not herself with him unlike when she is with Hachiman so that's why he said that those feelings weren't exactly for him. Yukino's family situation is all a tangled web so you're in for a ride. Rumi really looks like Yukino that makes think every time that she's the child of HachiYuki.
