So during Oddinary era, Lil Durk and SKZ were competing for the #1 spot on Billboard (I think?), ever since then Lil Durk has expressed an interest in them. It was kind of a “wait who are these dudes that I’m up against here?” but he ended up loving their music. He posts about them often on Instagram, and has for a while now. It seems it was pretty organic. I’m beyond happy that they had a substantial part in the remix, and that they rapped in Korean, it’s awesome.

I was so excited when I heard about this collab. So happy for the boys. And before I listened to this, I listened to the original. Just to see what the differences would be, if it would hit differently. To me it does. But then...I love Skz hahaha. BUt wow...I really like this song. And I love how they didn't just have a line or two or some background thing, but two entire verses. That blew me away. Love the message of the song. And I have to admit I've been humming this a lot lately.

Yeah, how many lines were dedicated to SKZ was a surprise. Usually, when there's a feature, it's a voice over in the chorus or maybe one verse.
