The dear husband bought half a cow.

We have a lot of meat. Like, a freezer full.

Which includes roughly 15 pounds of soup bones as well as even more rib steaks, which means I have some cooking projects on my hands. Which I totally love doing. Don't judge. I usually make a large batch and can a dozen or two dozen quarts at a time. I still have 27 quarts of homemade pho soup in the basement that I grab ever so often. Freaking delicious. 

That means that this coming weekend when I go to the farmer's market, it's time to look for ingredients to put into either a soup base or a curry base. Figured I'd get you all in for some voting since I've never tried to cook any of these before. 

If you were to put up a bunch of homemade soups or curries in your pantry, which would you go for first?
