Yes, creators who have a "free" account like me (don't pay an automatic percentage to Patreon every month) have access to 100 hours of storage. But. It sounds like that's going to change and it may not be free starting in 2024, so I hesitate to load videos that I want access to onto something I'll have to pay extra for soon (or maybe both me and my Patrons won't be able to have access to those videos unless I pay the extra; make sense?) If I'm having a real hard time in the future, it may be an easier work around, though.
