I think this album also makes sense for where I think they are in their storyline. I don't have the time to keep up with all the content nor do I follow all the sns platforms, but I believe that the guys are discovering that they have power and are *possibly* about to meet Tricky. Which tracks, because the feeling I get from this album is spooky stuff happening while also feeling like you're about to explode. Track 1 of the album has a narration mentioning that this thing called Tricky had given both "an overwhelming desire to dominate the world" and also had given "children abilities beyond what they can bear", set against kind of crazy, almost nightmarish music. Also, there have been short little animated videos introducing something that is apparently Tricky, and it does seem to have lots of powers although it seems rather confused about the modern world. (Probably KQ noticed how much fans have been struggling with these storylines, so they decided on a bit more clarity to start off this group.) (Well, maybe a bit more clarity -- actually probably they're misleading us.) So, yes, I'm looking forward to how the music changes as the storyline progresses and also now that we're past the debut! FYI: everything but the audio got laggy with the lyrics video, the recovered again afterward =)

Darn. Hopefully the laggy video is fixed moving forward. I pre-recorded some xikers stuff last week so that I'd have time for SKZ this week. I'm going to have to find the short videos with Tricky. I'd like to get to know a little more about what appears to be an antagonist in their universe.
