You have heard Novel! It was actually just released in their newest Japanese album, but I can totally understand not being to keep up! lol. I have been wanting a Chanlix duet for SUCH a long time now, I would love it! But I’m wondering if it would be a sexy vibe type of song, purely because Chan has already done ‘sexy’ with 2/3 of Danceracha and I’m just waiting for him to make it 3/3! 🤣

Yesss, Episode 1 is fun of course but NOW it's getting to the really good stuff ahaha. Like you always say, if you just pay attention to little things the guys say, you can often learn a lot more about them than just what they're explicitly saying. I feel like this series is a huge example of that. It's so so awesome to see how kindly 3racha helps foster the other member's producing skills. And it's so clear they each have their own styles of teaching and guiding as well. Han is more hands on, full of ideas and taking the reins so things go smoothly, but still having confidence in Lee Knows ability to do well. Or Changbin, like you were saying, drawing out I.N's thought process. Guiding I.N into a general direction and helping him build on it. Using the opportunity to teach, but trying to give I.N a lot of creative control. And then Chan, leading with encouragement and reassurance because Felix struggled with confidence. Immediately reassuring him it's very low pressure, even though Chan is well known for being a perfectionist through and through. Mostly focused on making it an enjoyable learning experience. And then of course with Hyunjin and Seungmin, there's a different interesting dynamic since there's no 3racha member. Awesome to see Hyunjin sort of take the lead, yet also have such equal teamwork. I think I found their creative process the most interesting out of the four teams actually. And then it's so cool to hear how Chan will make tracks for the guys to practice making songs with. Really shows how seriously they all take the actual artistry of making music, and how much they continue to grow as a team. And it's awesome to see them always working towards sharing the load and responsibility over the work they do. Hopefully having more hands on deck is a little bit of weight off of 3racha's shoulders these days. Stay's always like to say SKZ is "8 vocals, 8 rappers, 8 dancers" but it's insane to me that it's honestly got to the point you can add "8 producers" in there as well. Honestly just looking back to the survival show versus now, it blows me away how much they've grown in their capabilities. Okay, okay, I'll stop gushing now lol. This series is just one of my favs haha.

So much I wanted to say, but reading Brenna's comment...she's pretty much said it ALL. Right up to finding the Hyunjin/Seungmin process the most interesting to watch. And that will continue in the next episodes, for me. Love love love this series. And to go from this, to Howl in Harmony, to having 8 songs on the Replay album that are their individual songs...to actually having non-3racha songs on the b-side of the sound? I'm just blown away, like Brenna. You know I love the behind the scenes stuff and the music making process. So all for you catching up with the making of videos. I have a feeling there are a few I haven't seen yet myself. For now...looking forward to seeing you react to the rest of this. Oh one thing...the song Chan is talking about...it's funny because the English song title is in the subtitles, but the way it's written it comes across as him just saying those words...he is talking about I Don't Want to Admit (or acknowledge, have seen both translations). You reacted to that song one. So he's saying it's hard for him to listen to that song. But when he wrote it, he was just writing about his feelings at the time and shared it with Stay. But yes...that's the song he's talking about. And ...a Chanlix song...I WANT it so badly!!!

I don't think the world can handle all the Aussie sexiness lol. You reminded me I hadn't purchased the Japanese album and thus haven't added the songs to my playlists. Mission: Accomplished.

Gush away! Agree on all the above. Paying attention to those little things exposes so much in how the guys interact with each other and in how they make music. Seeing how much all the guys are being encouraged to produce--and the fact that they have been encouraged to do so for years now--I think Stay are going to be blown away by how much music SKZ will likely be releasing. More and more of their individually-produced and unit-produced works are going into albums. We already know that 3Racha is prolific when it comes to songwriting and production. What's it going to look like when there's eight of them?!

2023-06-14 02:51:42 Ahhhh. Thank you for the help with the song title. I remember that one. Very emotional. And yes, I really enjoyed watching Hyunjin and Seungmin, partly because of how they broke out the equipment and immediately got started with recording melodies and all. How can I explain it? It's almost like the others are constructing a song around the track given whereas H&S are interacting with the track. Does that make sense?

I adore this series. Its so interesting to me to see the different teaching styles of 3racha, and also to know that outside of 3racha, Hyunjin i believe was the one most pursuing producing and so for him to essentially be the lead on the fourth team worked out really well. What I gathered from these is that Chan, though a perfectionist, approached it from an emotional perspective here. He really focussed on trying to make it a fun silly experience for Felix who we know has confidence troubles. I think it also helped Felix that while 3racha as a whole have a lot of experience, he ended up with Chan who has THE MOST experience and can also relate the most ways to cope with various struggles. For Changbin and IN, i think IN doesnt really have an issue with confidence so much as he has a strong understanding of just how much he DOESNT know. I think Changbin would be an amazing teacher to be honest. He was able to impart a fair amount of technical knowledge, but he always asked questions that made him able to tailor the information in a way that made it relevant and interesting to IN, which to me is the best mark of a great teacher. For Han and Lee Know, they have such a great dynamic in general that i feel like they dont need to say much to understand each other. I don't know if thats why their creative process ended up seeming to me like more of a.... lets each do our own thing, then compare them and mix and match and change from there. Its another interesting way to work when you have two things and try to combine them rather tan creating a cohesive whole from the start. Which is what Hyunjin and Seungmin did. Hyunjin obviously had some experience experimenting with tracks at this point, but i think it should be noted that his partner is SEUNGMIN... the person in the group who everyone refers to as the most diligent. I think this is another perfect example of how even on a not very serious task Seungmin really gave it his full attention and tried to do his best. I think that dedication to achieving an outcome was the perfet balance to Hyunjins more explorative creative side and they worked cohesively from the star. wow... i wrote an essay. But I genuinely find this all fascinating

Write away! I found this really fascinating as well. Watching content like this peels back so much of the creative process as well as the personalities and interpersonal relationships amongst the guys. It's all my favorite things about content rolled up into one.
