I love how much the boys openly love food. I don't have much experience with newer idol groups but I remember the groups from a few years ago being really secretive about their food because they were always being forced into strict diets. Its where the "oops i dropped my birthday cake i guess i cant eat it now" trope grew from. But it makes me so genuinely happy that they just opening eat and enjoy their food, while also talking realistically about their diets and such. Its a much more healthy approach and i think a much better example to all their fans. Most of them also discourage dieting whenever it comes up in livestreams or on bubble. A lot of people get strength and courage to not feel guilty about eating food from these guys and i just... really like that positivity they bring.

That is really awesome. I didn't know there was an "oops i dropped my birthday cake i guess i cant eat it now" trope, but it makes sense. Glad these guys balance their diet and working out with emphasis on that being what they personally choose to do without it being required to meet expectations.
