An extension of "Cursed" Page 11 is in the works but here's a little concept art of Ted's transformation from hot dog merchant to hot girl.  Here we see Ted's face is rounding out, gaining some baby fat, and he's gaining some breasts.  

There are many jokes about hotdogs and buns you can throw in here but I suspect they write themselves.  :)
