loved this movie back in the day. probably been 10 years since i last watched it. The 2nd is great too, just the first few minutes are great(especially if you watch Cliffhanger staring Stallone first) and it has the best slinky scene in movie history. but what ever you do do not watch any of the Ace Ventura Jr. movie...it will melt your brain. oh and there was a reference to this movie in vanilla WOW, there was a NPC named Finkle Einhorn, he was renamed back during the Blizz controversy in 21.

funny trivia the guy playing the rich party thrower confessed to drinking Madonna's urine out of the shoe so yeah weird guy but is in more films than most people would belief both good and bad. Including the worst Dracula film ever Dracula 3000. Sorry if this type of trivia is not allowed here. If so I refrain from sharing in the future but the actor while weird is a fascinating person who has both a very interesting life and a very interesting career.

and as I trans-female I do still enjoy this movie... yes that ray Finkle revelation is transphobic, Jim Carrey has since apologized for that part of the story. But the film is still fun and funny, while that does not make the transphobia okay it is not enough to ruin the film as a whole.
