I think Nick Cage was doing an impression of Adam West's Batman, he had a similar delivery, with all the weird melodramatic pauses like Shatner in the OG Star Trek. Also, kind of a random tangent, but the music in the scene with Big Daddy burning down the lumber warehouse was almost identical to the music in 28 Days Later (NOT 28 Days), probably already on the list, but add if not, por favor.

This Movie is so funny, its a good time. The second one is definitly weaker but its still a fun movie if I remember correctly, been a long time since Ive seen the Kick Ass Movies.

Rewatching this now with you guys I'm reminded me of this movie called Brisgby Bear (2017). It was my favorite movie of 2017 its heartfelt, funny, and its also about a kid that decides to follow a crazy dream.
