For more Emily Blunt I would suggest: The Adjustment Bureau (2011). She plays such a lovely goofy character in that one :)

Wonder if you guys have seen Cloverfield? I think it's from 2008...

Elvenwitch

I enjoy your content. I have rewatched many movies/shows that I have already seen. I have even watched movies that I did not plan on watching, but apparently, horror is my stop. For everyone that enjoys movies like this, I am thrilled that you put out this content, but I have no idea how any of you watch it.

10 Cloverfield Lane would be an amazing reaction. It's such an intense movie, and John Goodman is amazing in it!

I love horror ever since I was a kid. Out of curiosity, do you find roller coasters strange too, Elvenwitch? Not judging, just wondering.

10 Cloverfield Lane is excellent! It's also a self-contained movie despite apparently having something in common with the rest in the franchise.

I've also grown to love roller coasters as I've grown older, but I've never really liked horror movies apart from a select few. Roller coasters are good fun for a minute. Horror movies last much longer and in the worst case scenario, feature really unhappy fates that haunt me for 24 hours at least. I rarely enjoy gruesome deaths anymore either. I watched AQP now and had to repeatedly tell myself "it's only a movie".

I'm also not into horror much. Especially supernatural (demons, ghosts, etc) stuff. I can handle some milder stuff. I really got into TWD early, though it grossed me out more than scared me. I've recently started watching Stranger Things which is fairly mild other than jump scares, but love the storytelling and characters there. I've been thinking about trying this one out, but can't seem to get up the courage.

One very cool fact to mention is that Millicent Simmonds, the deaf daughter, is actually deaf in real life.

Simone asked about children evolving to be quieter over time, and that's not something that would happen, but we know that babies born in active warzones cry less often and/or more quietly for cultural reasons. The theory goes they pick up on their parents fear and that teaches them to be cautious.

Nothing will beat seeing this in the theater with a audience that tries to be quiet, and then someone drops their popcorn and then entire theater jumps!🤣

If they're not on the list, yet. Please please please react to CODA and/or The Sound of Metal.

Noe Ramirez

I want to recommend you guys watch the movie Driveways (2019). It’s super underrated and I’d love for you guys to watch it.

I don't remember if I've suggested it before, but a great low budget, cult classic horror would be 'Session 9' from 2001. It features mostly unknown actors and its budget shows at times, but it's well written with an interesting plot that really leaves you thinking.

I’d recommend A Quiet Place 2 which is just as good as the first one.
