Does anyone know what to do about framerate issues? I'm Scandinavian, and the film was quite hard to synch up since it went quicker than the reaction. I had to keep pausing to let the reaction catch up. Not much of an issue when it's a film I've seen before, but if something can be done about that would be even better of course.

depending on the player you use you can adjust the playback speed. E.g. with VLC you can go for a speed of 0.96 (or 1.04 the other way around; or other values if those don't match for you) to make it match pretty well (still a tiny bit off): https://medium.com/@talliedthoughts/how-to-adjust-video-playback-speed-in-vlc-67ac49d2c656 If you use a different player, you can also adjust the YT playback speed: Settings -> Playback speed -> custom. You can only pick 1.05 there afaik and that is a bit more off but helps already quite a bit. Hope that helps.

I just read the book last year. That scene occupies less than three pages in a 1,000+ page book… and it happens very near the end, after the book has fully fleshed out these characters to the point where you can at least understand the motivations for the characters, even if you don’t agree with them. But calling it an “orgy” doesn’t accurately reflect the tone nor the events that occur.

The only Stephen King book I’ve read is “The Langoliers” which I liked but Balki was so annoying in the TV adaptation.
