Clive was heartbroken when he was told by the mall that had hired him every year for the past twelve years that they had chosen to go in "another direction" for their Christmas display this time around. They didn't feel like the 'jolly old fat man' was really working with their brand and wanted something that would appeal to younger customers. It was all about making money, not the Christmas spirit, and Clive was left dejected and facing a lonely Christmas. After all, he had no family left so working at the mall over the holiday season was one of the few things he had to look forward to. Now that would be gone too.

Thankfully not everybody was quite as narrow-minded as to think about money instead of spreading merriment and joy. Clive had become quite popular with the local families, among which was Glinda, a kind lady in her fifties whose young grandchildren had loved their experience at "Santa's Grotto" with Clive the year before. Upon hearing that Clive would not be returning to the mall, she decided to do something about it. Unlike other moms though, she wouldn't simply settle for creating a petition.

Along with her coven, Glinda summoned the ancient magicks that were particularly strong around the winter season and channeled them into Clive, giving him a new lease of life and a chance to win his job back. The coven's magic reshaped the elderly man, removing the wear and tear of forty years on his skin while his round gut was reduced to a set of washboard abs that would make any man jealous. Energy flooded throughout Clive, the likes of which he hadn't experienced in decades, and within moments he was greeted by a present of his own in the tenting of his pants.

The new Clive - or Clay as he preferred to be known - barely had to walk through into the office of the mall's CEO before he was given his job back. The CEO had absolutely no idea that his star new employee had actually worked for him for the past twelve years but Clay wasn't about to correct him. He was strangely curious to see what this new "Sexy Santa's Grotto" would be like.

At the very least he had a sneaking feeling that he wouldn't be so lonely at Christmas while he looked like this...
