Holy shit! THIS is how you develop a porn game!
For the first time ever I've included a TL;DR, because for the first time ever I am convinced that there isn't a single person in existence who can dislike the game I'm covering - yes, even for its difficulty the devs have included an Easy Mode version, so there's no excuse! 

We're not talking just about a really good H game, we're talking about a good ANY game, period!

Critical Bliss are basically the Devolver of H indie games. I always give a chance to any new release either one have based only on their publisher reputation, disregarding any trailers and screenshots.
Because even when it's a miss, it's probably less your taste than being an actual shitty game.

FlipWitch is a Pixel art Metroidvania, where you take the role of a nameless witch apprentice helping our her teacher ("sensei") to defeat the great evil lurking in the land, by collecting the chaos keys guarded by HUGE bosses in lands full of monsters girls, zombies, demons, angels and whatnot.

I referred to the apprentice as "her", but that statement quickly becomes ambiguous, as she'll be given one of the greatest gifts to mankind: gender bending spell.

X change feature is more than just a gimmick.
The game fully utilizes flipping between genders to trigger quests and events, change platforms, and nullify "gender color" attacks / hazards. Even your game over animated CGs have their own Male/Female versions specifically for each area you're defeated at.

Being a Metroidvania, you get to advance to new areas whenever you obtain a new ability. (All non-mobility are only good for puzzles)
A nice addition that I wish more games in the genre had is a fortune teller that tells your next destination - a common issue in Metroidvanias when you get a new ability and overlook or forget where you should head next by using it.

One of my favorite aspects of the game is how full of LIFE it is!
There are TONS of NPCs to interact and lewd via a variety of quests. Each gender gets different sexual interactions, so make sure to talk to each NPC with both genders!
All of them have their own unique personalities that flesh out even more during H scenes:
My most favorite one is the cow girl's "moo" word plays along with her sexy voice acted mooaning.

A competent H game is already a big plus, but a competent H game with a SOUL is on its own league.

The dungeons are dense and well crafted with enemy placements that make sense relative to the platforming, which is something that often bothers me in games where enemies are simply there, rather than being part of a whole platforming "puzzle". So props to the level designer!

Another beauty that sold me were the boss fights. Boy oh boy...
HUGE sexy monster girls with MASSIVE bouncing boobas throughout every single fight.
Each boss is a trope, with additional voice lines during battle that once again fleshes out the entire engagement than just another fight that you wanna be done and over with.

Another thing to be said about exploration, is that unlike many H games where you get the feeling that you sometimes forget you're playing a porn game, here you are constantly reminded of it: All female characters wear almost nothing or flat out naked, and many rooms have lewd props such as posters, statues, TV footage with audible moaning, etc...

I cannot emphasize enough how important it is for the devs to include an easy mode in a porn game, as many others do as well.
Many people just want to relax when playing these type of games, and admittedly the game is a bit challenging, as you do get ass clapped (literally) after a few hits, while healing in early game basically only gives you a second chance with full health.

⚠️ So please bear in mind that if you're not the greatest at action platforming, then do yourself a favor and play the easy version, because instead of a difficulty setting there's a separate exe, meaning you'll have to start a fresh file if you change your mind later!

💕 The thumbnails at the top pretty much tell you everything you need to know about the gorgeous quality of the H content.

It's incredible, and not only it's incredible, it's EVERYWHERE!
As already mentioned - NPCs, enemies and the player are always naked or barely leaving anything for imagination.
It is something that bothers me even in decent H games where you often have to trigger something to pop the lewds, which otherwise appears as a standard game.

Helping NPCs with their requests rewards you with a full screen CG animation with short dialogues and hot voice acting. (I hope they got a bonus for that stellar performance)
Help enough thirsty characters to earn yourself an upgrade from your master, who ALSO rewards you with an H scene at specific milestones.

Getting banged and doing the banging is a refreshing take that basically doubles up the content possibilities of both genders interactions.
On game overs you also get a defeat scene per gender, that honestly doesn't seem like anyone is contesting about, quite the contrary...

The final cherry on top are the gacha machines - adding even MORE lewds to our already H inflated project.
These little porn candies can be purchased from gacha machines around the main hub with silver tokens you find on your adventures.
You'll be rewarded with smaller out of context H animations of the themed machine.

FlipWitch is now officially my most favorite Action H game of all times 💯

It has its flaws, but what doesn't?
When you combine high quality pixel art, outstanding voice acting, simple and fun combat, tons of REWARDING exploration, plenty of lewd variety - you get a masterpiece.

FlipWitch will easily become a game people will recommend when asked for ACT suggestions, along the timeless Alien Quest Eve, Eroico, and of course any of the Libra Heart titles.

I think we certainly got ourselves a new future classic, hands down.
