Review:

Considered by many to be the best scifi novel of all time, returning in modern times with an adult interpretation game that becomes a classic in its own right.

"Behind the Dune" sticks to the original story, where It follows the 1984 version of the movie pretty well and lets you wander about and do whatever you'd like to do, but with a twist where every female is basically a thirsty tramp. 

I don't quite recall the etiquette in the OG, but it seems that a common "Thanks" simply doesn't cut it anymore, and the local babe will offer hole of choice to show her gratitude for bringing back an item that isn't even hers.

Now here's the most interesting part - BTD is a flash game, possibly the best 18+ one given the depth and amount of content, that it manages to do with less than 50MB of data!!
THAT'S what I call efficiency! This MB to content ratio is probably the best I've ever seen.

🕹️ BTD is a point & click Adventure, which offers you different routes and choices, so many in-fact that you might want to read the walkthrough I've linked at the bottom of the post, if you don't want to miss anything and get a specific ending. 

With so many choices and possibilities you'd expect enough save slots to compliment all the different story branching, but unfortunately there is only one save slot, which doesn't encourage trying out different paths in one play-through.
I imagine it wasn't a dev choice, but rather flash player limitation.
Still a bit of a tragedy, one might even consider a crime, given how long each playthrough is (1~2h)

It's important to note that you shouldn't expect a rich galactic drama packed with lore and conflicts.
Some would see it as a flaw, others as a plus, and I'm with the latter - at the end of the day BTD is an adult game, and with all due respect to the OG, people want the juice, and they want it without swimming through 2,000 words essays.

Also as a person who's not keen on too much text in any medium, I'm proud to say that now I'm familiar with the entire Dune story as long as I replace in my head scenes such as the protagonist shagging his MILF with a handshake or something.

💕 Even being an impressive flash game amounts to nothing if the adult content doesn't cut it, and although you could already judge for yourself by the thumbnails, I will confirm with my golden culture seal of approval that it is - BIG TIME!

All of the artwork is drawn in a beautiful comic style, and more noticeably - every female drawn with a unique body figure. Which is not to be taken for granted, as many projects do cut corners that way.

Before I even got to the first H scene, I noticed that the boobs in the characters portraits jiggle when hovered over. ("Passion" - Check ✔️) and to my surprise one of the females flashed her massive udders with enough messing...

The scenes consist of a string of short loops, and given how restrictive flash is, I didn't come expecting some kind of elaborated movement.
But in all honesty, that's more than enough with how hot each character was drawn, without any form of censorship whatsoever.

If anything - you can set your OWN censorship by disabling scat themes.
So if you're not into golden showers and a bit of sneaky poop then you can disable it at the main hub central computer. (it has a literal poop icon on it)

Overall I was highly impressed with pretty much every aspect that "Behind The Dune" had to offer.

The game has been out for many years by now, but with the constant updates I decided to wait when it felt the most complete, and as latest updates that trickled in were much smaller, I think it's safe to say that with or without another new scene - it's a VERY complete game.

Do yourself a favor and play this masterpiece, and what is probably the final monument of flash games in the scene.
With enough juicy content to stay rent free in our dirty minds for weeks. That alone deserves a *mwah chef's kiss* 😙👌
