Weekly Update (Patreon)

Hey--

The feedback on the last few videos has been really helpful. A bunch of developers had an unplanned conversation about the state of Steam and censorship in the Discord channel after the Mist review and that was really fun to watch. It is so awesome to see people come together and be so passionate (and polite) about our industry!

There should be at least two videos out this week. The Superhuman review and the Halloween list. The Halloween list will have 13 games on it this year and most of those titles are completed. Last year's Halloween list was more of a comedic assortment of games whereas this year's is more horror focused. However I still think there will be something for everyone.

The Superhuman review has grown into a larger discussion of the transformation theme and the personal and social impacts of the nature of transformation. Or should I say that the video has transformed? I'm probably gonna get pushback for being political, so I'm taking my time with this one.

As for the interview, I just finished my first pass-through of what will end up being the video released on Patreon. Once that is done, I will work on the version for YouTube. This is not going to be two videos with one just being shorter. The full interview on Patreon and the "Curated" version on YouTube will be thematically different.

Oh yeah I also need to make a new Dinosaur for Halloween! I hope you have an Awesome week and I can't wait to hear what you think about the new content!
