Legion Early Look—weekend pinup—Miss Ross (Patreon)

Was pretty pleased with this one, simple as it is, so while it’s perfectly suited for a weekend pinup, I thought  I’d let you Legionnaires get a look a couple of days early.  This dress popped up in the current run of the Incredible Hulk, and seems to be inspired by the one Betty is wearing when she meets the Hulk for the first time way back in Incredible Hulk volume I #1.  I like, it’s springy, and I wanted to do a colored pencil style digital drawing again—it’s been awhile,.
