Halloween Special Bonus + Seacat (Patreon)

Dear Heroes!

This is a short post. It's past midnight of a Friday here and my wife has told me in no uncertain terms, "Finish whatever you plan to do this month tonight, because you're not working tomorrow."

Hence, here we are.

So, very briefly, what's the news?

1. Seacat

Well, the skills are basically done. And 66% of the abilities. And the stats. And, fine, I confess. Eventually it's going to be fully illustrated. Every page. I suggest y'all start picking your favorite skills or abilities and telling me to illustrate them in your name. The "playing the game" section is also progressing, but ... it's not 100% done.

Gosh-darnit, making all these things interlock properly, and writing it up so it doesn't take up 50 pages. Well, it's a bit of work!

There's still a lot of placeholders dotted around. Please ignore them - I mostly leave them in to remind me where I need to look. Still need to add in A LOT from the previous iteration (0.4, 0.5 -- some attached for reference).

And, don't get me reminded on how I want to sort out the spells and equipment. O_O Please, don't.

2. Well-Gourded Village

For your patience, in time for Halloween ... a few-page one-shot inspired by ... uhh ... pumpkin spice latte, Wickerman, Get Out, Stepford Wives, and the Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Also Peanuts. Also possibly Human Centipede.

You have been warned!
