If I *were* to include Heracles in a game, I think I'd model him on Nigel Green's portrayal in the 1963 Jason & the Argonauts. Sort of a super-strong Lord Flashheart who is, importantly, slightly past his prime.

I think the past-his-prime thing can work as well; keep him as an aspirational figure, but also an aspirational figure who does have feet that are at least a little bit of clay.
