A smirk spread across your face, "Yeah, she wishes she had your natural charm that would age like fine wine right?" you spoke up. Edelfelt was a fine piece of ass herself, voluptuous as all hell just like Sakura Matou, but you didn't mind playing both sides.

"Damn straight! I've got a perfect bu-" she agreed with you, smashing another kick into the railing hard, and pulling back, only to pause a second later on her next kick, her head slowly turning to look up at you, pretty aquamarine eyes going wide.

"Hello Tohsaka-san," you raised your hand and gave her a casual wave, your smirk growing, "How's things?"

She stared at you for a moment, before her shoulders slumped a bit and she sighed, "Hello Sota," Rin greeted you back, "What are you even doing up there?"

"Don't you know?" you sat up, leaning forward and resting your chin on one of your hands, "The cool delinquent guy always goes to the roof at lunch to brood and angst about how hard it is being so cool and strong and good looking."

She blinked slowly, confused, "What the heck are you talking about?" she looked at you like you were stupid.

You snorted, pushing yourself off of the small buildings room and dropping a few metres to land on your feet easily, "Never seen an anime huh, Tohsaka-san?" you shook your head. What a typical thing for a magus to do, they really were no fun, "I was just wanting some peace and quiet to laze about and catch up on some extra sleep, then you out here just as I was about to." you answered truthfully, walking over to her.

"Oh," Rin blinked again before grimacing, "Sorry for disturbing you then." she apologised.

"It's fine," you shrugged, stopping in front of her, "So, was that Edelfelt you were shouting about?"

Her face flushed at you bringing it up again, but she gave a terse nod, "...Yeah, that fat chested bitch really pissed me off." she ground out.

Someone has chest envy, you resisted the urge to laugh.

"She thinks she's so great because she's got more money than me," her hands curled into fists and you let your eyes stray down to them. She was wearing gloves, odd, and suspicious timing, "That's all she's got though! I'm more skilled and smarter than that bitch!"

Now that she mentioned it. She was the last Tohsaka now wasn't she? And you'd heard through the grapevine that the Tohsaka family had lost most of their fortune after the 4th Holy Grail War.

Rumour had it, that both her parents got murdered in the Grail War.

That was why you were sure, that she had Command Seals under one of those gloves. The three Great Families, Einzbern, Matou and Tohsaka were given priority over everyone else when it came to getting Command Seals for the war.

"Well going by what I've seen so far, I'd have to agree with you." You nodded. You didn't exactly have a lot on either of them, but Luvia Edelfelt drew a lot of attention to herself both with the way she dressed and the way acted. Most people thought her just eccentric, but even if you hadn't heard of her family name, you'd definitely have been suspicious of anyone acting like that. It was just...too out of touch with modern common sense.

Rin puffed her chest out slightly in pride, "Looks like despite all the rumours floating around about, you actually have some good sense Sota."

You debated with yourself for a moment. It would be a waste to have to kill a girl like this, with an ass that amazing. And an even bigger waste considering her talent and potential. There wasn't much on the Tohsaka heiress, any rumours about her came from before the 4th Grail War for the most part, but the last head of the Tohsaka family, her father had openly bragged about her genius talent as a magus and the sheer number and purity of her Magic Circuits. You wondered, how did her magic circuits stack up to your own? The old pervert had been in open awe of the amount you had and their sheer purity. He'd told you he'd never even heard of someone with such pure quality of Magic Circuits.

Circling around an alliance might be the best option in the long run.

"And I guess being the last of a Magus family with your coffers nearing on empty, yet succeeding is good proof of your competence as well." you mused out loud thoughtfully. You'd decided on confronting the old fossil Zouken Matou, there was no reason to pussyfoot around Rin Tohsaka no matter the bragged about genius she had.

Her eyes flew wide and a split moment later she launched herself backwards a good five feet away in a semi-crouch one hand circling down in front of her, while the other raised up over her head.

"Good reaction time," you chuckled clapping your hands and admired her stance, "Hmm...Bajiquan is it?" quite the martial art for a girl her age to have picked up and so easily fall into a stance for in an instant after retreating.

"..Sota, you were a magus all along?" Rin narrowed her eyes at you.

"More of a Spellcaster actually," you replied casually, un-threatened. No matter how good she is, the gap between your physical abilities are just that great, that physically, she was no match for you, "I'm not into all that Magus stuff to be honest, I left it behind when I ditched my old pervert of a master." ditched his body in a shallow grave that you then pissed in, but semantics, right?

"..And you've been in my territory for years without letting me know?" she demanded and you watched as veins of light spread across her body. She was Reinforcing her body, not bad. Not many had the skill, or the strength of body to manage that, "That's illegal."

"Would be I agree, if I was from outside this territory," you countered easily, "But I'm from Fuyuki actually. Born and bred. The illegal trespasser was my old master, but he's long gone by this point."

She grit her teeth, but nodded, yet, didn't relax her stance at all. Smart of her, "Sound logic and true," the twin tailed magi heiress agreed, "And the rumours about you being some yakuza head makes a lot more sense now. But that begs the question.."

"And what question is that?" you raised an eyebrow at her.

"Why come out and reveal yourself to me here and now?" she demanded to know.

"Yes I wonder why I'd come out with it at this specific point in time?" you hummed, giving a pointed look at her gloved hands, "It's almost as if I have some reason to bring it up with you, like a certain tournament style event that usually ends with lots of people dying taking place soon."

Her eyes widened a bit, "The Grail War," she realised before her gaze tightened once again, "You want to make an alliance?"

"Something like that," you agreed vaguely with a nod, "There's rumours here and there of your talent as a magus in the grapevine, and making an alliance in advance isn't a bad idea with someone as valuable as you."

The thing about servants was, that if it came down to just a physical fight? You liked your chances with most to be honest. The way servant stats worked was well known in the magus community. No, the problem came with servant skills, and beyond that, the most daunting of all, Noble Phantasms. Crystalized, conceptual legends.

It didn't matter how strong you could punch when a conceptual weapon got tossed your way. If a Heroic Spirit had a legend of never missing with a bow and that was their Noble Phantasm, then reality itself would bend over and take it in the ass, and then that arrow was going to hit you no matter what.

There were very few counters to a Noble Phantasm, which was why servants were so damn revered.

"So that's it," Rin relaxed slightly, standing up and crossing her arms, "You realise that only one person can win the grail war right?"

"Yep," you popped your lips as you answered, "It just means we'd team up until we're the last masters standing, then let our servants fight it out, simple, no?" left unsaid was that, beyond just a noble phantasm, you were sure you could fight a servant physically. So you and a servant of your own, against any one servant? Well sorry Tohsaka, but victory would be yours.

Rin closed her eyes, sighing to herself before opening them and giving you a pointed look, "And let me ask you this, why would I team up with you?" she asked, "What do you have to offer? You said you're a spellcaster right, so you have no lineage or spells, you're a first generation."

"Not quite." you shook your head and reached up to pull your jacket off, dropping it behind you and pushing up your left sleeve. You opened the circuits hidden at the top of your right arm, and a band of light like a glowing ring tattoo phased into existence.

Her eyes widened, "A family crest!" she gasped.

"Yup, a gift from my old master." you grinned at her.

"B-but how!?" the twin tailed girl spluttered, "It's insanely hard already to transfer a magic crest to a blood family member, how would you get one?"

"Well, let's say that your family magic is jewel craft, while the one I had passed on to me by that old pervert, is a type of body enhancement magic, that combined with a quite rare Origin, allowed me to get around the rejection without issue." you explained. And by passed on, you mean you ripped it from his corpse and implanted it in yourself. It hurt like a motherfucker, but you were easily able to deal with the rejection and overcome it.

Rin shook her head, "I see, I see why you're so confident now."

"Beyond that," you sent a smirk her way and began to slowly walk over to her, "You said it yourself didn't you? What you lack right now, is resources. I've got plenty, I don't mind supplying you funding, and there's no reason why an alliance has to end with the Grail War."

She tensed a bit, but otherwise didn't react aggressively as you stopped in front of her, "And what exactly would that cost me?" she asked suspiciously, but there was interest there as well.

"To be honest, this is all just something I've come up with on the spot when I saw you up here," you laughed, and reached up to pull your collar aside to show off the command seals you'd shifted to your right pectoral with your body modification magic, "I woke up with these this morning and decided that keeping my head below the surface wouldn't work all that well for me from now on in regards to you and the Matou's. But really, I'm offering this for two reasons."

She crossed her harms, "Oh really, and what are those two reasons?" Rin asked.

You held up one finger, "One, It'd be such a waste to have to kill you if we ended up fighting, it would not only be the end of your family line but also remove your own talent from the world."

Her eyes narrowed into a glare, "And you're so sure you'd be the one to win in a fight between us?" she tilted her chin challengingly at you.

A small laugh left you and you moved! Suddenly, a split moment later you were on her other side, facing the same way as her, arm threw casually over her shoulder, "Yeah I'm pretty sure," you replied while her eyes went wide with shock and a trickle of sweat trailed down the side of her face, "If it wasn't for the Noble Phantasms servants have, I'd be pretty confident in my ability to beat them down without one."

Rin swallowed heavily, "...I see your point," she replied simply, keeping her cool. She had a strong mind, you liked that about her, "So what's your second reason for wanting an alliance then?"

"Oh that?" you mused lightly, "Well, I already told you that first before anything else right? You have an outstanding natural beauty to you. A silly reason, but even as awesome as I am, I'm still a teenage boy and you're one of the hottest girls I've ever seen." You cast a quick look over her shoulder at that thick, round ass over hers and had to stop yourself whistling, damn it was nice.

"So you want to sleep with me then, is that?" Rin looked at you through the corner of her eye, a frown on her face, searching for something.

"Well yeah, what guy wouldn't want to sleep with you," you gave another chuckle, "I'm not gonna force you to or anything like that, so don't worry, I'll even sign a geass on that if you want if you decide to accept the alliance."

Her shoulders sagged ever so slightly and you could see the relief in the older girls eyes, "...So basically, you're just a greedy, horny brat in the end despite your strength?" Rin snorted.

Well, that summed you up pretty well actually.

"I mean you aren't wrong," you shrugged, unashamed, "Once upon a time my parents got burned to death in the Fuyuki Fire and I got dragged away in the end by an old pervert who wanted to take my body for himself. In the process, I decided to live the most fulfilling life I can."

She turned her head to stare at you in open mouthed shock.

"That's my tragic backstory by the way, it's how I know I'm total protagonist material," you winked. You'd long since gotten over the tragedy of your toddler years, but it worked great for generating sympathy and making people more tolerant to you, "I'm a hedonist through and through, sex, money, influence, power, overall growth, it's what I live for, but I'm an honest hedonist at least."

"Ugh," Rin palmed her forehead and stepped out of your grasp, "What a headache you are, and there I was actually feeling some sympathy for you and then you tack that crap on at the end."

She looked you back in the eye, "So, is that it, your full offer then?" she asked.

"Not really," you laughed, "I've got quite the interesting little ability that you in particular will love, but it's something I keep close to the chest. You'll only find out about it if you agree to the team up."

She arched an eyebrow at you before snorting and smirking at you, crossing her arms under her modest bust, "Alright, gimme some time to think about it, and I'll consider it." she said.

Hmm you hummed inwardly. Good enough you supposed, "Alright, gimme your cell phone number and we can talk later in a call."

Rin lost her smirk and she gave you a confused look, "What the heck is a cell phone?"
