"....Err, how do we even judge this?" Present Mic gaped at one of the monitor screens overlooking the test sites. Specifically, the one broadcasting that of Izuku Midoriya and Masaru Busou.

"Tch," Vlad King crossed his arms, "He doesn't deserve those points. No way he could have gotten them on his own. His quirk is absurdly powerful, too powerful for his own body, but he had no idea what he was doing.

Aizawa, the hero Eraser Head standing at the back of the monitor room, leaning against the wall nodded, "I'm in agreement, I see no potential in the boy," he said bluntly, "We should fail him.

"I didn't say we should fail him," Vlad bit out, glaring at Aizawa over his shoulder, "He just needs a lot of work, but once he can learn to control that absurd quirk, he'll be something else. He'll pass on rescue points alone anyway, he doesn't need those points."

"I say give them to him," Power Loader shrugged, "Busou is by far the highest scorer we have, by an absurd amount. One of the highest scores we've ever seen when we take his rescue points into account. He doesn't really need the points and he went through the effort to pay back Midoriya, we'd be spitting on his efforts.

"Ah, such youth," Midnight licked her lips, "I'm in total agreement with Power Loader. Midoriya needs a lot of work, but having the will to break his body like that just to save others and still trying to push on is all I needed to see. And even if it was Masaru Busou's quirk in work, it was Midoriya's body being used to deliver the finishing blows. Both of their heroic spirits were shining bright during these moments. Besides, I don't want Masaru to get any more points, his score is perfect just the way it is." she finished with a sultry giggle, eyeing the screen that displayed the tallied scores by the monitor system.

Villain Points: 69
Rescue Points: 69

Such a beautiful sight indeed! She could expect great things from a boy like that!

Aizawa rolled his eyes, "Whatever, just know that I'm against it."

"Noted," Principal Nezu said, lowering the cup of tea he was drinking from, "All of your arguments are valid. I think though, what we should allow to sway this, is the opinion of Mr. Busou himself, and he wants young Mr. Midoriya to have the points.

All Might sitting at the side of the principal barely held in a sigh of relief, 'Things were a bit troublesome, but you made it Midoriya-shonen! You did good! Don't feel down! You only got One For All today, this is just the starting line!' he bid mentally

His eyes were drawn to the tall brown haired youth making sure Midoriya was alright with his injuries and the one who had just been helping him score points. 'And it seems you've already met quite the reliable ally!'

                                                                         ___________

It wasn't long later, that Midoriya ended up passing out from the sheer pain and extent of his injuries. Thankfully, he wasn't like that for long, because a mere minute later, the famous Recovery Girl herself made her way into the battle area and used her quirk to heal the green haired boy.

He still had to be carted off in a stretcher though and would be spending the next few hours in the infirmary.

And with that, the exam came to a close. Everyone was directed out of the exam area, back onto the bus and taken back to the academy to change back into their previous school uniforms and were told the results would be mailed out within a few weeks. And the school term would start a month from now, on the first of April.

You only saw Ochako briefly on the way back. She was still mostly out of it from overusing her quirk. She did perk up a bit when you informed her about how much help you managed to give Midoriya, and gave you a pretty smile...before hunching over and vomiting once more into a bucket.

That was the last you saw of her, before you left the U.A academy behind and made your way home.

It took you about an hour all in to get home, and made your way up the drive way to the side entrance to the house. Thanks to how well off your family was due to the family being the top metal maker and suppliers in Japan, your home was actually a small mansion.

It was great. You had plenty of space here to train your quirk without going into public, and it was thanks to having such a large home you got your own garage to yourself

As you opened the door and kicked off your shoes, entering the hall way, you a shiver ran up your spine. The sound of rapid foot steps resounded in your ears.

"Ma-Sa-Ru~!" your father came belting around the hall corner and threw himself at you, arms wide in an attempt to sweep you up into a massive hug.

You juked to the side and allowed your father to faceplant into the door. "Uwaaa!" he yelped, rubbing his face in pain for all of a moment, before jumping to his feet a wide grin on his face and completely fine, "Don't be like that! Let daddy hug you Masaru-chan!"

"Hell no!" you replied, taking a step back.

Your father, Maes Busou pouted, but again only for a brief moment, before he smirked at you and fixed his glasses, peering at you with dark green eyes, and a small smirk in his face, "So, how did it go? Bet you crushed it! That's my boy!" he asked.

You gave it a moments thought, before smirking back at your father, "I totally did." you replied.

Well, beyond that Zero Pointer. You were going to need to find a way to deal with enemies of that size. It's not like giant quirks were not a thing. Even that new recent hero Mount Lady had one.

You didn't plan on being helpless like that again. You'd never, ever felt like that before until today. And you didn't plan on ever letting it happen it again.

"Great job son," your father pat you on the shoulder proudly, before sweeping his arm over your shoulder and dragging you along with him through the halls, "C'mon, you can tell me all about it in the living room, your mother and sister are eagerly waiting. And even your uncle turned up to see how you did!"

"Uncle Roy's here?" you went wide eyed in shock.

Your uncle was your mothers older brother. They came from Germany. And your father, who spent a lot of his youth and went to school in Germany as a teenager to make inroads with other business while there. met them while there.

Your uncle was training to be a hero at the time, while your mother, actually met your father in a craft and design class. Your mothers quirk was called Heat Weld. She could create what amounted to blow torches perfect for welding metal from her finger tips.

Where as, your fathers quirk was called Metal Make, and had run in the family for generations. He could make metal items like you and mentally control them like you could. The union of him and your mother, their two quirks, is what the family believed resulted in your ability, and the furnace like heat within you that allowed you to power your quirk.

Your quirk as it was right now, wasn't as powerful as your uncle Roy's, but within the Busou family, it was the strongest ever produced in the bloodline and with absurd potential. The only draw backs you had to your quirk, was overheating from making too much metal items at once, or just in general exhaustion from producing that metal. The heat, the furnace within you, was the power source for your quirk, and each item made from it, drew the warm heat energy from said furnace to create. And took a while to regenerate.

"Yo kid." your uncle Roy Mustang greeted you with a small wave from where he sat on one of the recliners as you entered the living room. Known as the Flame Alchemist, he was one of the top ten heroes of Germany

"Honey!" Your mother, Gracia beamed brightly at you as you entered from where she was sitting on the couch talking to her older brother, your younger sister, Elicia sitting on her lap, "How did things go?"

"It went pretty good mom," you replied, giving your uncle a nod in greeting, "If the other guys around me were anything to go by, I had to be one of the highest scorers...though the paper exam was something else, I didn't do too hot on that."

"Big brother, are you gonna be a hero?" your sister asked eagerly

Ah, she was just so cute. You muscled your way out of your fathers grp and swooped over to steal her from your mother and hoist your little sister into the air, "That I am baby sis! But not just any hero, your big bro is gonna be the best hero ever!"

"Yaaay!" Elicia cheered, green eyes lighting up with excitement.

Your uncle snorted, "Keep dreamin' kid, and maybe one day it might come true, that or you'll wake up in your cereal," he laughed, "You're a long way from overtaking me, never mind beating out All Might and becoming the best."

"I don't want to hear that from a matchstick like you, a second rate fire user compared to Endeavor." you stuck your tongue out.

Roy's eye twitched, "Oh, them's fightin' words brat!" he jumped to his feet, "You wanna take this outside?" he challenged.

"Here we go again." your mother palmed her forehead and shook her head.

You plopped your sister down in her lap and bared your teeth at your uncle, "Bring it on old man, it's about time I put you in your place!" you retorted. You could totally take him. While your uncle was passable in hand to hand combat, it wasn't his forte, he preferred being a long range fighter because of his absurdly powerful fire quirk.

That would generally be a problem alone though. Except for you. Due to how your quirk worked, you had a massive resistance to heat and fire. And the stronger your quirk became, the greater that resistance became.

You hadn't sparred with your uncle in over a year, and you were far stronger now!

"Kick his ass son!" your father cheered you on, creating two metallic banners in his hand reading 'Go Masaru!' and waving them about eagerly.

                                                                           __________

As it turned out. You did not in fact kick his ass. Heat and flame resistance, only went so far when you were up against one of the top heroes of an entire country. Especially with the sheer blunt force impact that accompanied your uncles blasts of fire.

He was very gleeful to inform you. That, he could blow apart one of the zero pointers you struggled so hard with, with a mere snap of his fingers.

...Next time you'd kick his ass easily!
