completely unproductive this past week
i have to do something kind of heavy this weekend and i'm terrified but it is also rendering me useless. i know it's "normal" but i can't seem to work on anything or get anything done which is why this video makes no sense
i tried distracting myself by going on walks, eating comfort foods, getting off, getting stoned, and playing with my dog but today i watched the memento mori X-File's episode and had to put my head between my legs
TLDR: are there any physical ...er...practices you do to deal with high stress situations?maybe quick meditation or some breathing exercises that you recommend?
