Info: Rhaenys is the daughter of Jaehaerys’ oldest son. But when he died Jaehaerys named his second eldest son heir (Viserys and Daemon’s dad), hence why they were the most important claims. House Hightower & House Velaryon were not included in the main show but they’re still around (Margaery and Loras’ mum is a Hightower). House Hightower rule Oldtown and are in charge of the Citadel (technically in charge of all maesters in Westeros). House Velaryon are another House which survived the Doom of Valyria hence why they have silver blonde hair. Names: King Viserys Targaryen Queen Aemma Arryn (half Targaryen through her mother) Prince Daemon Targaryen (Viserys’ brother) Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen (Viserys + Aemma’s daughter) Princess Rhaenys Targaryen (Viserys, Daemon, and Aemma’s cousin) Lord Corlys Velaryon (Rhaenys’ husband) Laena Velaryon (Rhaenys + Corlys’ daughter) Laenor Velaryon (Rhaenys + Corlys’ son) Lord Otto Hightower Lady Alicent Hightower (Otto’s daughter) Dragons: Viserys - Balerion (his dragon is dead, it’s his skull at the end and was 200ish years old) Daemon - Caraxes Rhaenyra - Syrax Rhaenys - Meleys Laenor - Seasmoke There are more but these are the only ones claimed as of the first episode. At this point, Dorne is not a part of the kingdoms.

Hi Michelle, I remember watching your GOT reactions years back. I just have 2 things to add: 1) In the beginning of ep, the large dome building is the dragonpit, where they house the dragons (You see it's ruin in GOT season 7), 2) you just need to remember 3 families in the beginning: Targaryens, Valeryons, and Hightower. Ever conflict expands from there.
