Animation Changes Starting in 0.4 - Dev Update #2 (Patreon)

Been a while since I've done a raw dev update but there's an important, and necessary change that I wanted to share with you guys!

== Changes to Scenes (Starting 0.4) ==

I've got some news that is a mix of good/bad.

The scenes in 0.4 (and future ones) will NOT be animated initially.  To clarify, Cullen will no longer be drawing the additional 'movement' frames on scenes. 

I've wanted to add an animator to the team from the beginning, however the budget is not there quite yet.  In the mean time, Cullen's been putting in extra effort to animate the scenes himself.  This has put way more stress on him than intended and ultimately it can't continue.

On the plus side: Because the process was so inefficient, not having animated frames could result in slightly more content per update or more timely updates.

 The static images will still have audio and the speed up options! 

I apologize if the lack of animated scenes is a turn off for some fans/Patrons.

I definitely would like to hear from you guys about changes like these.  Let me know if there's things you want to see more of, etc.  Don't forget the suggestions channel on Discord.  I'm always considering ideas moving forward.

Hopefully this news doesn't come off as too bad for everyone who is supporting.  Cullen and I are still trying to find our routine while balancing work/school life but I feel like this is a good step in the right direction.
