COMSIDER....if you will, the following concept:

Couch-surfing slacker dude has been surviving off the good graces of good buds ever since he dropped out of college, but as times get tougher the need to score some quick funds intensifies. He didn't really have a lot of ideas, and the thought of a traditional job was certainly one he was avoiding. Easily he noted that streaming had heightened in popularity, particularly videos of folks eating obscene amounts of food, or simply indulging in something click-worthy and unorthodox. All these people?? Just WATCHING some rando chow down for the sake of company? On purpose??? The dollars signs were practically tattooed on his retina as borrowed his bro's laptop and began operating with INSPIRED motivation.

Now....this fine lazy young man, this scruffy potato of a lad, did not start with a feederism fetish. One might consider that a happy accident! You see, he didn't realize that the bulk of those videos were largely faked, edited heavily to hide the fact these twiggish streamers were indeed a farce of some fashion. But he? Oh he? Frankly, he loved an excuse to indulge his bestial appetite, even as his chest softened and swelled, as his t-shirts tightened and his belts vanished beneath a hefty hang of plush squeezable belly flab. Eventually his streams started attracting a different manner of crowd, the sort that was rather eager to send him support, (gifts, treats, delivered food) in exchange for certain requests. While the requests that seeped into his DMs were a manner of specific vulgarity he'd not personally tangled with before, a titillated smile tugged away at his scheming lips. He wondered how far he could take this before he was in too deep....

You know the classic story. Started as a request sketch. Little more than a warm-up. Ended up getting inspired. Ended up fleshing out far more than intended. I do not have a name for him, and always open to recommendations, though part of me has been tempted to offer him as an adoptable, though I had a hard time convincing myself that he would sell, hahaha!
