These two have always been a confusing pair.
Are they friends, are they enemies? Kindred spirits, rivals?
They constantly give each other the business, and yet actively hang out and conduct the same community activities together. It's not uncommon for them to, without true rational reason, suddenly decide to compete over something entirely innocuous that they can twist into a metaphor about being the superior property manager. As of late being the "bigger man" seems to have come into fashion, and neither one is looking to back down. Local events such as group picnics and streetfaires quickly became ripe opportunities to "flex" the potency of their appetite, to prove one's self the manliest and the mightiest when it comes to an overly abundant waistline.
