That whole record is one of my favorites every single holiday season. I'm playing my Ibanez Talman TM1803M with the stock Seymour Duncan pickups in it, through my Kemper Profiler straight into Logic X Pro. the beautiful delay sound you're hearing is coming straight off the kemper.
