Anchorman isn't my favourite movie, but this was probably one of my favourite reactions. Your disgust at everyone in the first half of the movie was palpable and it was probably funnier than the movie itself!

Honestly thank you so much!! I believe out of the two comedies i posted this weekend, i definitely enjoyed Hot Fuzz more, thank you so much haha

This is the first time I’ve watched Anchorman in years, and yeah, it hasn’t aged well. If you’re not a big fan of Will Ferrell, I’d recommend comedy-drama Stranger than Fiction. It’s one of his most heartfelt and nuanced performances, and has a great supporting cast—Maggie Gyllenhaal, Dustin Hoffman, Emma Thompson, Queen Latifah, the list goes on. It didn’t make a huge impact when it was released, but it’s slowly becoming a stealth classic.
