An American M1A1 Abrams in the Gulf War, 1990-91. This conflict required crews to live off their tanks for an extended period, meaning everything they needed had to be carried on the vehicle.
Their experience is further proof of a constant throughout the history of armoured warfare: No tank ever has enough stowage space. Crews have always had to improvise ways to carry what they need.
