When People Say: "I Dreamt That I Astral Projected" (Patreon)

It's common to see people say they "had a dream that they Astral projected" instead of actually Astral projecting. I get messages occasionally from people saying they're frustrated with experiencing this and asking why this happens. The answer to this is actually extremely simple. It's so simple in fact, it's like a Zen Koan, in the sense that if it doesn't click with you right away, it will probably make you tilt your head and ponder it:
