Here are some FAQs:
Q: My Tier Contains a Commission! What Should I Do?
A: If your tier contains a commission - please DM me here or on Discord so we can discuss the theme for your commission. These are surprise commissions tailored to your preferences and come together over time!
Q: How much can I expect in a month's worth of content?
A:  Monthly folders contain about 2 months worth of artwork. Currently I am aiming to upload 1 piece of artwork per week. So each month will typically see a minimum of 3-5 art pieces, potentially more depending on the situation and projects being worked on. There will be Supporter-only exclusives every month as well as early access to things that will be made public later, and captions for all images. Some months will also feature longer comics and stories!
Q: How do I see the current rewards?
A: On the 2nd day of each month, content links will be posted. This is a Dropbox folder which I will add new things to every month. Some items from the previous month may carry over (such as comics still in progress). Simply go to the post with the link for your corresponding tier and you'll be able to see everything the current month has offered so far. You can also bookmark this for easy access once new items are added. On the 30th/31st day of the month, this folder will be deleted. I do not reupload previous months' folders, so please make sure to save your favourites before the end of the month! 
Q: How do I get previous month's rewards? How do I see/read ____?
A: I do my content in unique monthly batches so it refreshes on the second day of each month and fills up during the month. Most post-2022 artwork will be backed up onto Gumroad either individually or in bundles by theme. They contain the highest-tier rewards for the images so there may be some NSFW there. Comics are backed up to Gumroad as well. https://chadtow.gumroad.com/ The Gumroad also serves as an a-la-carte menu of the things I've created. If you are in the Board Member tier, you can request the rewards for 2 previous images per month! Simply send a message through Patreon to claim. (Some exceptions may apply - such as not being able to request full comics as those are multi-page, multi-month projects)
Q: Why are the files stored on a cloud service instead of attached to Patreon directly? A: Previously, I would attach all of the files directly to the posts on Patreon, but unfortunately, my work is now frequently pirated by scraper bots/sites as well as people uploading to other sites pretending to "archive" them. I even found some people bastardizing my exclusive work by making low-quality edits and removing my signature to add their own.  To try to deter the use of bots for piracy, the posts cannot be automatically scraped if they are stored elsewhere via Dropbox or otherwise and re-rolled monthly. I am aware that piracy will still happen due to people lacking integrity, but I hope the extra step is enough to deter and make it harder to do. This is also to try to keep things fair for those who genuinely love and support my work too! :) 
Q: Will I be kicked out of the Discord if I stop supporting?
A: Nope! The Discord is free to join for everybody! You will only lose the role that is set by Patreon automatically that gives your name a sunflower yellow colour. 
Q: Do you do refunds?
A: I do not do refunds personally. If you have subscribed in error, please contact Patreon support directly within 10 days of your billing.
