Release 1.16.0 (Patreon)

We have a big release this month and a lot to cover! Everything from architecture, dungeon, clutter, creatures, items, and some extras. Not to mention a huge amount of optimizations and fixes all across the repository (big shout out to revenorror for a lot of that work). Hlaalu and Telvanni sets get a lot of attention this update but there's lots of other new things to get excited about so read on. I also want to highlight several new team members with this release!
