Time for the anual homestretch goals and now that I'm slowly coming out of the horror that was the first trimester I feel like it's a good time to get some priorities straight in terms of what I want to do but more importantly what I am able to do before the end of the year!

(filmed this 2 weeks ago and now that I've been 'back at work' for a few days whilst still not at full capacity I think I may have overshot it in this video! Regular video + podcast schedule AND write this essay AND hire a new person hmmmmm)

Excited to watch this - I actually set myself some home stretch goals / new goals to carry through to the new year, inspired by your previous videos about this! I hated the idea of having to wait until January to make some new goals / habits.
