A prospect a day for August 11/31 (Patreon)

There isn't many heavyweight prospects out there and the majority of them are from Russia. One from Russia that don't get talked about nearly enough is Zumso Zuraev. The 29-year-old heavyweight has been dominating to a 5-0, 1 NC record. He recently signed a six-fight deal with ACA so he's gonna get pushed to a title eventually. 

There isn't much on the feet with Zuraev. His striking is a bit awkward and wild with the way he slings his hands. He strikes recklessly to close the distance and nobody has been able to stop that. Zuraev has been a force when he closes the distance. The big man is a powerhouse of a wrestler. You'll see Zuraev throw these guys around with nothing but raw strength. Upperbody takedowns and suplexes you will see a lot from Zuraev. He's ragdolling guys that's 260 plus around which is crazy.

Along with some excellent wrestling Zuraev is a nighmare to deal with when he's on top. He's really heavy on top and he has some mauling ground and pound. He's doesn't stop throwing either as he's contatly inflicting damage. For a big man his jiu-jitsu is solid. For the most part his submissions come from his power with armlocks trying to tear the limb off. Zuraev is one to watch for.
