ONE Championship 158 | Singapore | Friday

Fabricio de Andrade
Fortaleza, Ceara, Brazil
24-years-old
Featherweight
7-2
3 KO/TKOs, 2 Submissions

Andrade made a huge statement to me when he beat the well-known Kai Wen Li last season. Andrade is a Muay Thai fighter who has two submissions. The Brazilian can grapple but on the feet, he is in his wheelhouse. Andrade loves to use step in knees and elbows in the clinch. He’s even more effective in range with snipping long punches and kicks. Being extremely accurate in everything he throws, Andrade is a serious threat that is high-level. He fights Won II Kwon (11-3). Kwon is the bigger fighter but Andrade does match up with him well.

Marcus Buchecha
Sao Vicente, São Paulo, Brazil
32-years-old
Heavyweight
2-0
2 Submissions

Buchecha is young in MMA but he is a high-level jiu-jitsu expert who is an ADCC gold medalist with many other accomplishments. His two MMA fights he beat the experienced kickboxer, Anderson Silva. He also beat the undefeated Ji Won Kang who was 5-0. He hasn't wasted any time getting quick power takedowns and getting the choke. Buchecha is a real powerhouse and is a real danger, especially at ONE Championship. He fights Simon Carson (2-1) who is a set up for defeat.

Odie Delaney
Asheville, North Carolina, US
32-years-old
Heavyweight
3-0
1 KO/TKO, 2 Submissions

Delaney came to MMA from a heavy wrestling background. He was a state champion and a Division 1 All-American. Anytime you get a heavyweight with a strong wrestling background you have to be aware. I will say although I am impressed with his strength and top control I'm not sold. I feel his wrestling won't transfer to MMA very well and he'll struggle once he fights someone actually good. If he continues to get built up slow he could develop more. Delaney fights Mehdi Barghi (4-3) who Delaney should beat.

Babilon MMA 28 | Friday | Poland

Adam Łaguna
Poznań, Poland
28-years-old
Middleweight
6-1
3 KO/TKOs, 3 Submissions

Laguna has a good-looking pro record and went 15-0 as an amateur. He lost his pro debut but hasn't lost since. Laguna is good everywhere mixing finishing on the feet and on the mat. He holds a finish with a flying knee so he is explosive. He has a good one-two but isn't the best striker overall. His wrestling is decent and his ground game is where he's best. Laguna has all three submissions wins from three different subs. I'm not sold on Laguna yet. He fights Piotr Wawrzyniak (9-5).

Titan FC 77 | US | Friday

Sal Guerriero
Boca Raton, Florida, US
26-years-old
Bantamweight
5-1
3 KO/TKOs, 1 Submission

Guerriero is fighting out of American Top Team and has looked good. His only loss is a split decision and he's won his last four since. Guerriero is a solid wrestler and once he gets it down he's in his wheelhouse. He has smooth jiu-jitsu and is a threat at grabbing the neck and landing punches until the ref steps in. He's been dominant in his recent run and has a good team to help mold him into a better fighter.

LFA 133 | US | Friday

Michael Stack
Fort Collins, Colorado, US
27-years-old
Featherweight
7-1
2 KO/TKOs, 2 Submissions

If anything, Michael Stack is an exciting fighter and that's why he's headlining this LFA card. Physically strong and dangerous but striking defense holds him back. He does bring the heat offensively though. Wrestling is decent but his hands are by far his best weapon. Stack is a combination puncher that rips the body-head and has the power. If he was more defensively responsible he'd be so much more. He fights Jose Delano (10-2) who did beat Jonas Speed his last fight. I'm not sold on Delano at all but Stack is very beatable.

Haris Talundzic
Bosnia And Herzegovina
26-years-old
Welterweight
4-0
2 Submissions

Talundzic is someone I've not watched a lot of tape on prior to this fight. When I finally did study him I came out impressed. Offensively, he's a stud being good in all areas. Talundzic can wrestle and that's striking to close the distance and has a good double leg. There are concerns about his ground control but does scramble well enough. Once he can solidify a top position his back take is slick. From there Talundzic is active with his ground and pound and his RNC is always there. Talundzic is just as good as a striker as a wrestler. He uses kicks and strikes into his arsenal and stays very simple but effective. Talundzic fights Bahatebole Batebolati (6-0-1) who lacks any footage.

Benjamin Bennett
Saint Louis, Missouri, US
27-years-old
Welterweight
3-0
2 KO/TKOs, 1 Submission

Bennett is a tough dude and very much billed a workhorse. He trains at Elevation and his work ethic shows. He's good everywhere but not great but those fighters being so capable anywhere are tough to beat. Bennett is undefeated as a pro and had an extensive amateur career. He fought in IMMAF and was the 2017 gold medal winner. As an amateur, he fought some studs like Will Starks, Alex Martinez, Darian Weeks, and Brendan Allen. Bennett fights Trey Waters (5-0).

Trey Waters
Jacksonville, Florida, US
27-years-old
Welterweight
5-0
1 KO/TKO, 3 Submissions

Waters it a long fighter that uses his length well. He has a long right hand and a snapping jab while throwing a lot of kicks on the outside. Being so solid at a distance in close his muay thai is very good. Waters is more of a striker but will threaten the neck when it's there. Waters is unheard of but is a very good talent that I think will make an impact very soon. He fights Benjamin Bennett (3-0) which is gonna be a great fight.

EFC 94 | South Africa | Saturday

Cameron Saaiman
Pretoria, South Africa
21-years-old
Bantamweight
4-0
3 KO/TKOs, 1 Submission

Saaiman is a young bright prospect who is a protege of UFC fighter Dricus Du Plessis. Saaiman is so comfortable on the feet with his creative striking and diverse kickboxing while having really light movement. He will make it seem like he’s only a kickboxer before changing levels for a takedown. Saaiman is a really talented grappler who constantly hunts to end the fight. His ground and pound and RNC is his best weapon on the mat. I'm not fully sold on him because he's still not fully grown. Saaiman fights Sindile Manengela (8-7) who isn't great but better than his record suggests.

Oktagon 33 | Germany | Saturday

Losene Keita
Konakry, Conakry, Guinea
24-years-old
Lightweight
8-0
4 KO/TKOs

Keita is a fighter that’s shown a bit of everything.  He swings with some real stopping power in his hands. His wrestling is good but jiu-jitsu is still a work in progress. He does have good power and when he puts his hands together he’s even more lethal. Keita has shown glimpses of good boxing using the jab and going body-head. When he’s not sitting down on every one of his punches, he’s a better fighter and that has shown recently. Keita is getting tested against Ivan Buchinger (39-7) where if he wins he should get signed to a big promotion.

Fury FC 64 | US | Sunday

Paris Moran
Houston, Texas, US
26-years-old
Flyweight
6-1
2 KO/TKO's

Moran is an exciting prospect who was a seven-time sanda national champion. Not the best of competition at the beginning but in his last two fights he fought better guys. Since his sole loss, Moran has won his last/next five fights. Moran is a smart technical fighter that can point-fight or shut the lights out. He’s someone that understands distance management. His right hand, jab, one-two and kicks are all things he does so well on the outside. When the distance is attempted to be closed on him he’ll catch you with knees and counter strikes. Moran has actually turned down a contender series fight because he expects to get in after this. He fights Anthony Do (8-4) who is a good test

Denver Mortenson

I really hope Keita gets the call if he wins. Hard to find a tougher more experienced gate keeper than Buki, the dude is almost only loses to studs.
