My apologies for being slow.
This chapter has been a fun challenge, and I'm happy with the way the coloring and lighting has come along in the comic.  I feel like my lighting has been pushed a great deal, and I look forward to pushing it further in the next chapter. Jessica and I have a great direction for the next chapter. She's a fantastic writer and has been putting in a lot of love. I'm excited to get cracking on it and doing the concept work that I'll be keeping the comic tier updated with for the next two months.
We need a break, and I appreciate everyone supporting us so much so that we are able to take one. Thank you so kindly. I think you will be just as excited as we are for the next chapter.  :)

Jessica also had something to say!

To all our supporters, fans, and newcomers, I cannot express how much you all mean to me. When Tail and I first contemplated working together to bring Mr. Hare into a full-fledged story, one of the main things I said is “I don’t want to write straight-up smut.” There is plenty of storyless smut out there, and plenty of it is excellent, but if I was going to commit to something, it was to write erotica with as many real feels and story in it as hot, arousing artistic sexcapades. And I am so lucky Tail agreed. What started as an experiment to see if it would fly (I mean, we believed in Edwardian Era Furry Size-Differene Erotica but the jury was out on the mass populous), and boy did it take off. A year and a half later, three chapters in, and we are still growing in fans, the plot and world are growing fast. Thank you for the support that helps this get paid for and made, thank you for your patience while we regroup to up the anti, and thank you for falling in love with Mr. Hare and Ms. Fox. I think I speak for both Tail and me in saying there are few things as encouraging and heartwarming than people loving the world and characters you make. Thank you all.

-Sincerely
Jessie Star

Fantastic ‘fade to black’ end. This was an excellent chapter on many levels :)

So maybe Chapter 4 will start later.

Well, the only thing I came close to disliking is poor Minstrel Cat never getting those directions and having their practice interrupted. That and Patreon comment boxes are miserable for anything other than a 1 to 3 line reply, but you can hardly do anything thing about that. For the art, the use of blues interspersed with the yellow fireflies and setting up the light dimming scenes with the clouds going over the moon was nice. Quiet visually distinct from the previous chapters. I personally feel it works very well as one of the strong points of your style is the shading, lighting and shadowing (which I think are similar, but different) , and you played to that strength quiet well. Scene direction was very good, particularly with the exchange with Heiress Bunny (who I have to look up because I keep remembering her as "Porcelain Doll") and her movements. I will note, however, this is the least destructive romp Mr. Hare and Lady/Ms.Fox have had. Probably for the best as continuous repairs get expensive. :) The writing has progressed through the chapter from 2 nicely. The concerns and allusions brought up in chapter 2 are becoming solidified and we now have a foreground and background antagonist with Heiress Bunny and Lady Fox's father. While I still consider chapter 2 the high water mark, the writing was still very good with the catty exchange and, well, Rolph showed up and he played his roll well. :) I think the best way I can describe how much I enjoy the writing is this: When I started reading the comic elsewhere, my first thought was 'oh, another ridiculously proportion horny fox. How novel.' But as the story progressed (I stayed on because I liked the Victorian-esque styling, color and shading), Ms. Fox became an actual character with a strong personality (the exchange with Heiress was great), trying to balance her needs and wants with societal expectations. She became interesting enough to overcome my initial hangups and now I'd find it weird if she wasn't the way she was. Mr. Bun as well has become more established in his characterizations, though maybe not quiet to the depth of Ms. Fox. However, he probably has to deal with less potential conflict pursuing the relationship than Ms.Fox does, so the focus the past two chapters were more on her. Most of his shown troubles, that I picked up on at least, being resolved for now (the break up and sustaining his passion for art.) So with all that said, I'm quiet eager to see where this goes! Finally, chapter 3 was notable for the chapters getting consolidated into tagged post. Its makes going through the comic here much, much simpler and is appreciated. Though I am going to have to up my amount to $5/mo to unlock chapter 2's (just discovered that today), but this comic has been worth it. Edits: For some grammar and spelling before giving up. As I said, this is miserable for longer comments.

I appreciate you leaving such a thorough review! I don't know why the chapter 2 was set to $5... I changed it to $3. My apologies, you were the first to bring it up so I did not notice the missclick. I wish our Bard had more screen time as well, don't you worry... Perhaps she'll return later though- I'll be trying to push my character posing in this next chapter as we have more performance driven characters on screen. Jessica would love to hear that people are noticing the time and effort she puts into making Ms. Fox, as well as the other characters, three dimensional. I'm thoroughly pleased that you and so many others have enjoyed the comic thus far. The next chapter is getting me very excited to flex our environmental art and our plot driving writing, and mixing those two together for some strong work. Thank you and I hope you have a good day. :)
