Tail: This page is about pool. And that is all. Right, Jessica? 

Jess: Yes. Pool. Sticks and bouncing balls and getting things into pockets… really just a billiards shot.

Tail:  Joking aside. I think this is where I started getting more comfortable with the characters. The last page was a good warm up, but this was a good next step because of the full-body shots and close ups. I was really pleased with it. Some really nice coloring on this page.

Jess: Yeah, this is kinda the page of no return. Everyone is naked from all different angles, you gotta be comfy as there is nowhere to hide. No giant gown to block anatomy or the like. I especially like her eyes in the pool table shot though. There is a lot of hot and sexy goin on but… in that moment I think you see an honest glimpse of something much different than straight lust.

Tail: I originally had them like this and then started to change them to be more aggressive, but Jessica really liked them like this so I left them. I loved them like this. Very intense. I had been studying the way certain artists draw eyes and I was trying to capture that same intensity. I think it was successful. Same thing with the dick close ups. Some really nice male anatomy while also having really strong facial anatomy from the back angle. I think it registers better because of that. The style is still strong in it as well.

Jess: Very much so… I’m excited to do a more process piece for the next time we do sex in the comic, standard build and order, but something about the bounce montage just.. Screams the mood. They are doing it everywhere in the f’n house. And breaking shit in the process. I love it. We don’t need more aggression, the house will vouch. It’s getting beat to shit! 

Tail: This is also the first page where we introduce the house being torn up as they bang. It was a rough start to try and figure out how to introduce that element, but I think we ease into it as the pages come up. We start here with Hare scratching up the felt on the pool table and Ms. Fox pounces on him. I love it. Also this is the page where I perfected the nipple shine. Ms. Fox’s nipples have a specific technique that I use to make them look so shiny. I love them. I tried to apply the same look to Mr. Hare’s dick, but it definitely didn’t have the same effect. Haha.

Tail: I’m looking at the following pages, and I like that from here on the coloring and especially the lighting really come together. I look forward to people’s feedback.

Jess: Well I mean when I write the lighting and coloring I really wanted to nail it… *pssst that’s all Tail, but i like messin with him*

Tail: Jessica should remember that she lay down some good railwork in her writing that I can then expand upon with the art.
